DECEMBER 2023 EXPECTATIONS

Well we are in the 12th Month of 2023. During this time there are a lot of expectations that come with this time of the year.

Some are expecting to see Family they haven’t seen since last Christmas; some are expecting the Christmas gift they hoped for, and some are waiting for the end of a Year and the start of a New Year.

Expectations are good but they may come with some let downs. At times we don’t get what we expected.

The Bible reminds us in:

Philippians 4:11-13 NIV

11 I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. 12 I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. 13 I can do all this through him who gives me strength.

We give Thanks for Jesus Christ’s birth, and we celebrate Him on this day, every day and every Christmas Holiday.

We also Thank God for the Hidden Blessing and events not yet revealed to us that come with the entering of a New Year.

In All things we say Thank You God for keeping us, helping us throughout what was seen and especially the things unseen.  Thank You God.

How can we not Thank God, we understand that God Chose us before the creation of the earth (Ephesians 1:4).

So rest in God right where you are, We can do all things through Christ that strengthen us. You are chosen for times such as this. So rejoice in this your Season.
