Pastor Denora Rodriguez

Pastor Denora Rodriguez (Pastor Dee) accepted the call from God at a young age and since that time, she has served the Lord and the Church of God as a whole, in several different areas of ministry. Pastor Dee worked as a kindergarten teacher for thirteen years. The Lord opened the door for her to become Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor and then God called her & her husband to start a ministry in 2004; In One Accord Ministries (I.O.A.M.) in which she is currently Founding and Senior Pastor. God has gifted her with the spiritual gift of prophecy as she ministers one on one. She began the ministry, Women of the
Word, in 2004 with the opening I.O.A.M. as her desire is to strengthen and equip women with the tools they need to be successful in the things of God, their homes and relationships.
The Lord has granted her the privilege to also minister to many women internationally in the countries of Honduras, Nicaragua & Colombia and now having a daughter church in Uganda her greatest blessing has been her two children, Dinorah and A.J. and her five beautiful grandchildren Zoey, Silas, Aaron, Amias, Atlas.

Pastor Shirley Brieva

Born in Cartagena, Colombia, Pastor Brieva moved to the United States at the age of 10. Although she accepted Christ as a child, she experienced a life-changing encounter with the Lord at age 25, leading her to fully dedicate her life to Jesus and ministry.

Pastor Brieva is the Co-Founder and Senior Pastor of Torre Fuerte Community Church and Co-Founder of the Torre Fuerte Feeding Center in Cartagena, Colombia. Having served in ministry for many years alongside her parents, she was appointed Associate Pastor in 2012 and became Senior Pastor in 2023.

She is passionate about encouraging women, fostering spiritual growth, and helping people experience healing through the power of God. She also teaches at the Torre Fuerte School of Ministry and trains pastors and leaders throughout Colombia. Through mission work, she has ministered in numerous countries across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Pastor Brieva holds degrees in Graphic Design, Business Administration, and Divinity. She and her husband, Pastor Alvaro Brieva, are blessed with two sons and enjoy serving the Lord together.

Rev. Dinorah Reynoso

Reverend Dinorah Reynoso is a devoted minister of the gospel and a passionate leader within In One Accord Ministries and Women of the Word International. With a heart for empowering others through the Word of God, she serves faithfully as a voice of encouragement, wisdom, and faith to the body of Christ.

In 2008, she married her husband, Christopher Reynoso, and together they are blessed with three wonderful children—Zoey, Silas, and Aaron. Balancing her roles as a wife, mother, and minister, Rev. Dinorah embodies the grace and strength of a woman walking in her God-given calling.

Alongside her ministry, she brings two decades of professional experience in finance, where she has honed her skills in leadership, stewardship, and excellence. She now uses that expertise to bless the Kingdom of God, guiding others to walk faithfully both spiritually and practically.

With her deep love for God’s Word and a strong commitment to seeing lives transformed, Rev. Dinorah continues to inspire, equip, and encourage women and men alike to pursue their purpose with faith and perseverance.
